Anyone who know how to train and knows what to eat but lets their emotions interfere with their goals- then this program is for you!

I have been following Kat Loterzo for a while now on FB and I thought she was just another trainer with another meal plan/training program and I’d be wasting money buying something I’d only do for 12 weeks and then go back to “What now?” I decided to give the Best Body Now Seminar presented by Kat and Justine as I was at my wits end!

 

This girl gets into your head- she has methods of working out what you truly desire and what it is that is really holding you back from being your DREAM YOU. A VIP Case Study – Katrina Tuscano

Since joining the program, Katrina has followed (from what I can tell :) ) nearly everything I’ve asked her to do, despite being quite run off her feet at home. And … so far, she has lost 4 clothing sizes and over 18kg. That’s in just a few months!

Kat: Why did you decide to trial the Woman Incredible VIP Platinum Mentoring program? 

KT: I had gained 40kg combined in the 6 years between falling pregnant with my first baby to the day I delivered my fourth baby and I was determined to get the weight off once and for all. My fourth baby was 6 weeks old and I was 6 weeks away from turning 30 so I decided it was the perfect time to do it!

Plus it was so affordable!

Kat: Wow, 40kg.

That’s a daunting goal for anyone to work towards. So, what were your impressions of Woman Incredible VIP within the first month?

KT: I got results from day one, I was feeling great, I loved the format in that every night I would check my e-mail and know exactly what I had to do the next day so the guesswork was gone. I continued because I was still heading towards my goal weight. I then had all the tools and ongoing support to reach my goals.

Kat: In what way has Woman Incredible VIP Platinum Mentoring met or not met your expectations? 

KT: VIP Platinum Mentoring has exceeded every expectation and then some! I had no idea that when Kat said this was the quickest and most effective way to transform your body she wasn’t exaggerating! I’m losing weight so quickly the clothes I buy become loose before I know it! I can feel exercises that I used to dread become so much easier to perform and my muscles feel amazing!

Kat: That’s really fantastic to read Katrina. I’m incredibly proud of you and I know you are of yourself also.

Next question – in what way has this impacted you? Physically of course, but also emotionally or mentally.

Physically, I no longer have the headaches I had, I have so much more stamina to get through my day, I’ve lost over 18kg and up to 18cm each off my chest, waist and hip measurements in 3 months!

I look better too, and have been showered with compliments by those who’ve seen my transforming body. That’s a great reward for all my hard work and an even greater motivator to keep going!

Emotionally, it has had a priceless impact on me because now when my children ask me to come and jump on the trampoline or play basketball with them I can say “YES!”

Another way in which the VIP program has impacted me is that healthy living and healthy eating are now second nature. I love my daily workouts and I’ve given away all my bad habits with regard to unhealthy eating and poor food choices. I’m constantly noticing the foods, habits and choices I made in the past that were making me gain weight, feel tired and look terrible. It takes a bit of extra planning but now I can eat healthy food and train just about anywhere.

Kat: What would you say to anyone who was thinking about becoming a Woman Incredible VIP Platinum Mentoring client?

KT: DO IT! DO IT! DO IT!

I don’t know how many women I know who struggle with their weight and body issues (just about all of them). The problem is there is so much information out there that is wrong, misleading, unsafe and downright ludicrousthat makes it really difficult  to achieve goals in a healthy, safe and lasting way. I should know, I was a Personal Trainer in my previous life, and even I couldn’t get my pre-pregnancy body back on my own!!

While I was away having babies, Kat was learning, studying and gathering all the information to make this program work for all women (actually, Kat also had a baby of her own in that time too, which gave me the confidence to achieve all this while breastfeeding my baby). She is an honest, hardworking fitness expert who I trust, admire and highly recommend to anyone who wants to change something or anything about their body! Kat has answered every single question asked of her in a timely and useful manner and that is what makes this program worth every cent of the money I spent and every second of the time I’ve put in. You won’t regret it!!

“I had never signed up for an Internet based program before and wasn’t sure if it would be good value for money or if I would be able to commit the necessary time to keep up with all the content.”

“I have made a lot of changes to my diet & exercise regime. I now plan the majority of my meals and take all my food with me to work each day. I also plan most of my workouts, making sure I get the most out of my time, rather than coasting along not achieving any changes in my body. I spend less time at the gym now, and focus on higher intensity exercises rather than hour long classes or long steady state cardio sessions which didn’t really work for me the way your workouts do!”

“I have made huge changes to my diet and lifestyle. I have eliminated almost all processed foods, now eat a great healthy breakfast, have cut out caffeine after 2pm & eat 5-6 meals per day. My knowledge of nutrition has increased out of sight! And I’ve also made some huge changes in my lifestyle and various things I use around the home.
 
Introducing the right supplements for me has meant I rarely get sick (I have not had a cold in the last 2 years) and mostly have good energy.”

Enzo is a brilliant chef whose food as always been a benchmark not only in the hospitality industry but also an inspiration for myself to cook that way one day. I started out as a chubby guy who wanted to grow muscle, lose body fat and become a healthier person. A year ago I was sitting in my doctor’s office being told that I needed to lose at least 20 kilos.  I was a size 18, miserable and officially obese.  I had also previously been diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) which is a condition that makes it very difficult to lose weight.  I had already tried everything: the shakes, detoxes, starvation, soup diets and intense workouts combined with traditional healthy eating.  Nothing seemed to work.

You are so right when you told me that until I get my head sorted out no eating plan or exercise plan is going to work (after all I have tried pretty much them all over the last 20 years). The journal homework you gave me to do was confronting, but so beneficial. I can already feel shifts and it has been only 5 days. I am looking at my goals in a different light and I am feeling a gurgle in my gut that is telling me I am taking the right actions to fulfill my dreams.

I so wish I had found you many years ago, as it would of made this journey of mine far shorter. I am really, really, REALLY looking forward to our coming calls and digging up all of this emotional and mental baggage that is weighing me down far more than my physical weight is.

Bring it on – both the new mind and the new body. Looking forward to seeing what I achieve. I have a feeling I am going to amaze even myself, so thank you for sharing your gifts with me because they are gifts that you have on how to knuckle down into ones core. And a gift you share which is even more priceless.

Last night, my boyfriend grabbed my bum, then told me to stop tensing – he always says my glutes are never as tight as when we first met… OMG last night he finally said they are!!

I have never been ‘overweight’ but in May 2011 I was probably bordering on it .I spent a year trying different workouts and ‘diets’ and finally plateaued.

Then I came across Kat.

This is when it finally ‘clicked’ – I needed to totally change my strategy and adopt a whole new lifestyle. I changed my nutrition completely, stopped focusing so much on calories and moved more towards body weight training (mostly just at home).

I just wanted to touch base with you since downloading your incredible e-book a few weeks ago. My name is Chantelle Fairall, I am 42 years old and married with 2 beautiful daughters aged 11 and 14. Like yourself I have been in the Fitness Industry for the past 20 years as a Personal Trainer and RPM, Boxing Instructor. I gave up the group fitness a few years ago and now only train a few friends of mine. Unfortunately I burnt myself out. I still train myself and have learned that proper nutrition out ways everything else.

For me, going to the gym and training every day is my top achievement.  I have learned that nothing is ever as scary as it seems, eating for fuel is sooooooooo much better than junk ever makes you feel and I don’t feel like I’m missing out on anything by not eating my old favourites.

I love that after only two weeks, I’m loving training (instead of dreading it), I’m making extra effort to eat for fuel, and I don’t feel like eating foods that lack nutrients even when I see others eating them!
